RÜFÜS DU SOL release official remix of “Lately” by Adam Ten and Mita Gami

The Grammy-winning live electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL has recently released an exciting new remix of their latest track “Lately.” The remix comes from Israeli producers Adam Ten and Mita Gami and is now available via Rose Avenue/Warner Records.

This remix was first introduced earlier this month during a pop-up DJ set by RÜFÜS DU SOL at London’s club The Cause and instantly sparked excitement in the club scene. Adam Ten and Mita Gami have successfully stamped their unique sound on the original version of “Lately.” With energetic, playful percussion, euphoric builds, and rhythmic breaks, they blend deep house and melodic techno into a remix that gets the crowd moving.

The two producers join an elite group of remixers who have already worked on RÜFÜS DU SOL’s music. These include renowned artists such as Solomun, Adriatique, Anyma, Adam Port, Carlita, and Maxi Meraki. In the spring of 2024, Adam Ten and Mita Gami also performed at the legendary Coachella Festival, where they captivated audiences on both the new Quasar Stage and in the Yuma tent.

“Lately” follows the successful single “Music is Better” and marks the band’s first new work since their Grammy-nominated album Surrender in 2021. Alongside the release of “Lately,” a stylish black-and-white music video directed by Alex George was also unveiled, further expanding the visual storytelling of RÜFÜS DU SOL and deepening the band’s creative world.

Since the release of Surrender in 2021, RÜFÜS DU SOL has built an impressive track record. In 2022, they won a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording with the single “Alive,” were nominated for two more Grammys the following year, and earned their fifth ARIA Award in their home country of Australia. Their world tour took them to major festivals and legendary venues such as Forest Hills Stadium in New York, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

The remix by Adam Ten and Mita Gami arrives just before RÜFÜS DU SOL’s only live performance of the year, where they will headline the Portola Festival in San Francisco on September 28.
