What music genres do you promote?
We promote all electronic music genres (e.g., House, Dance, Deep House, Future Rave, Trance, and many more electronic music genres), Pop, Dance-Pop, RnB (Soon), Urban (Soon), Rap (Soon), Hip Hop (Soon) and Pop-Rock. Other genres are available upon request!
What are the requirements for the track?
The track must be radio-ready (properly mastered and normalized) and have a maximum length of 4:00 minutes. We accept tracks only in MP3 format (320kbps) or better in WAV format (44.1 – 16 Bit).
Radio Airplay: Do you guarantee airplay?
Due to our good contacts, we can guarantee airplay in any case. However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of airplays and stations.
Radio Airplay: Will I be notified when my track is played?
You will receive a weekly report in the form of an airplay statistic. This way, you can see when and where your track has been played so far.
Radio Airplay: Are these stations legally licensed?
Yes! We only work with fully licensed stations that pay royalties to artists. All radio stations are licensed by the relevant organizations for their countries (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, etc.).
Do you reject tracks?
Yes, we reject tracks if they do not stylistically fit our contacts or if we see no chances of airplay due to the quality of the track.

Additional information for submission?
Send us the track directly after booking as WAV (44.1 – 16 Bit) or at least as MP3 (320 kbps), the cover artwork (1400×1400), a short press release as DOC or PDF, and all information about the authors, ISRC code, label name/label code (if available), social media links, and optionally also video links and press photos.
Do you register my track with BMI, ASCAP, SoundExchange, etc., so I can get royalties?
No. Please contact ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, etc., and register your music yourself. You should do this with every track to ensure you get paid when your music gets played.

What is playlist pitching?
Playlist pitching is a service where we send your track to a variety of Spotify playlist curators to secure a placement in their playlists. This increases the visibility and potentially the streams of your song.
What are the benefits of Spotify playlist pitching?
Your track will be sent to many playlist curators, which increases the likelihood of your song being included in various playlists. This enhances the reach and visibility of your music.
Will my tracks also be pitched on other streaming platforms (DSPs)?
Some curators also manage playlists on other DSPs like Apple Music, Deezer, and Tidal. However, we cannot guarantee that your tracks will be added there.
Can you guarantee a certain number of streams or placements?
No, we cannot guarantee a specific number of streams or placements. Curators independently decide whether and how long your track stays in their playlists. However, depending on the package booked, we guarantee a minimum number of playlists your song will be added to.
What genres do you promote?
We primarily promote genres such as Dance, Pop, EDM, House, Trance, Chill Out, Deep House, Trap, Future Bass, Future House, Future Rave, Melodic Techno, and many other electronic music genres, as well as Hip-Hop, RnB & Urban. For other genres, please inquire via email beforehand.
What happens if my track does not meet the requirements?
We reserve the right to decline orders if they do not meet our stylistic and quality requirements. In this case, a refund of the purchase amount will be issued.
How long does it take to process a promotion order?
Due to high demand, there may be occasional delays in processing. We strive to handle all requests as promptly as possible. For urgent orders, please contact us via email in advance. The date of the next available pitching slot can be found in the description of each promo product. Typically, we send pitching emails to the curator distribution list every Friday from around 8 AM.
What information do I need to provide after booking?
After booking and paying for the service, we need the link to the song, a short press release including social media links, and the cover (at least 1400 x 1400). Optionally, also provide press photos and a video link.

What is included in the Megapackage – Playlist Pitching XXL?
The Megapackage includes presenting your track to over 900 playlist curators, a 4-week inclusion in our Spotify Pitching Priority Playlist, and a global curator database. Additionally, we guarantee at least 35 playlist placements.
What is special about the Megapackage – Playlist Pitching XXL Plus+?
In addition to the services included in the XXL package, your track will be sent to over 1200 playlist curators, and we guarantee at least 50 playlist placements. Additionally, a press article about your release will appear on multiple music blogs and their social media channels.
What does the Megapackage Playlist Pitching XXL BIG PACK Electronic include?
This package is specifically for electronic music genres such as House, Dance, EDM, and other club genres. It includes presenting your track to over 1600 playlist curators and guarantees at least 90 playlist placements. Additionally, there is a second pitching after 4 weeks to extend the placement time to 6-8 weeks.
What does the Megapackage Playlist Pitching XXL Ultra+ Extended offer?
This package offers presenting your track to over 1500 playlist curators and guarantees at least 75 playlist placements. It also includes a second pitching after 4 weeks and a 6-8 week inclusion in our Spotify Pitching Priority Playlist.
Can I also have a press release created?
Yes, if you do not have your own press release, you can book our press release creation service as an additional product.

With **playlist pitching**, the title is sent via our mailing list to up to 1600 curators (depending on the pitching product). We then personally negotiate with several of them to achieve as many placements (playlists) as possible. Depending on the order, there are also guarantees, i.e., a guaranteed number of playlist placements that we must achieve to complete the order successfully. This can range from 25 playlists (Pitching Basic) to 90 lists (with Playlist Pitching XXL BIG PACK Electronic). In any case, we strive for more, as there is no upper limit.

What does the Playlist Promotion 50K package include?

What is included in the Playlist Promotion 25K package?

Your song reaches targeted DJs and clubs, increasing the chance that your music will be played in various clubs and thus reach a wider audience.
What information do I need to provide after booking?
After completing the order, you can upload a zip archive containing your songs, cover art, images (optional), and press release (including social media links). This can be done at the end of the order confirmation page.
How long does it take to evaluate my track?
The evaluation takes place after 4 weeks. During this time, we collect feedback and reports from the DJs and clubs that received your song. At the start of the promotion, you will receive a “Live Reaction Link” that allows you to track the DJs’ and clubs’ reactions in real time.
What genres do you promote?
We primarily promote all electronic music genres suitable for clubs and festivals, as well as dance radio stations. Specific genre inquiries should be clarified in advance via email to shop@music2pitch.com.
Can I be sure that my song will be played in clubs?
We cannot guarantee that your song will be played in clubs. The decision ultimately lies with the DJs and club operators.
