Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Note: This cancellation policy applies only to consumers. Business customers are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://music2pitch.com/widerrufsbelehrung/. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your declaration of withdrawal via the withdrawal function (the so-called “withdrawal button”) before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us (KHB Marketing, owner: Sven Hessel, Bahnhofstrasse 70, 08547 Plauen, Germany, phone: +49 3741 529598, email: shop@music2pitch.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In this case, it is sufficient to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
